Pit crew equipment involves everything your pit crew needs to make sure your car is running right and able to complete the race to the best of its abilities.  Race cars can only go so far.  Pretty much everything on them is going to wear out or blow up at some point in the process.  Your pit crew is there to put everything back together and pretty much rebuild the car within a matter of seconds.  If you want to compete in the racing world, you need to have a pit crew and pit crew equipment capable of getting the job done in a matter of seconds.  If your pit crew is a few seconds behind, you’re going to fall to the back of the pack because all of the other pit crews are going to be faster than you.
You’re going to be able to succeed in the racing world if you have a great pit crew.  The best pit crew equipment is going to cost you a fortune.  If you want to succeed, you should be willing to pour enough money into the process to be able to blow your competitors out the water.  The victory isn’t going to go to the team who spends the most money.  It’s going to put you in a good position to compete, but it’s not going to get you over the hump unless you have the talent to back it up.  So many more variables go into making a successful racing team.
